Time will tell, but so far...
Had to replace (with a similar type of range, different brand) after previous model's burners went out. This one is cosmetically more appealing and has more intuitive controls, but for the most part, a range is a range and you choose the options you like. So far it's fine, but the durability of the unit is what will make or break this sale for me, so time will tell. I chose this particular product because of the complete package of delivery service including tail (electrical connection) installation- that is, the total set-up. The delivery service that this product provided was excellent. Careful, thorough explanations, on time, courteous. The only thing I'd recommend is that they do not smoke; they did not smoke on my property, at least one of the employees reeked of tobacco odor- very unpleasant.

Best oven deal!
Stupidly dropped a 20 pound package on my old glass top oven and shattered the glass. Looked high and low to try and find the best deal out there. Since delivery and installation was free, this was the best deal out there by far. The stainless steel is attractive. The oven works amazingly well and the oven will heat up to 550 degrees. No complaints about this excellent product!

Very nice range at a good price! My old glass top finally died after 24 years! The installers were very fast, polite, and efficient. Only took them about 20 minutes start to finish, including hauling off the old one. I would certainly buy another appliance from Amazon without hesitation!

So I just wanted to throw in a quick review about the delivery and set-up. There was some conflicting reviews as far as the setup goes. My delivery was scheduled for 9am to noon. About 1030 I got a call that the delivery was about 10 minutes away. I had cleared a path and everything for them. The guy on the phone made sure again that they were installing and that they were also taking my old range. The delivery itseld was quick they unboxed and put a new cord on the range while it was still outside. They brought the stove in and finished pulling all the protective sheets off the stainless. The delivery guy then leveled the range and told me to be sure to run the oven for half an hour at 400 to break it in.
