Gà là một món ăn quá đỗi quen thuộc trên mâm cơm của gia đình Việt Nam. Nhưng đã bao giờ bạn biến tấu gà thành một món vừa ngon vừa lạ mà lại cực kì đơn giản, tốt cho sức khỏe và đặc biệt là siêu chống ngán như món gà sốt rau củ này chưa? Sự kết hợp của thịt gà, đậu hũ và các loại rau củ cùng hòa quyện với nước sốt sền sệt tao nên một món ăn đưa cơm đến bất ngờ.
Sơ chế và rửa sạch các nguyên liệu. Nấm mèo phải ngâm nước ấm khoảng 20 phút. Cắt nhỏ các nguyên liệu cho vừa ăn. Băm nhuyễn gừng và tỏi. Hành lá cắt khúc. Ớt cắt lát. Phi thơm gừng và tỏi trong chảo sau đó cho thịt gà vào xào đến khi thịt gà săn lại.
Sau đó cho cà rốt, hành tây, nấm mèo vào xào chung nêm 1/2 muỗng muối rồi đổ nước xâm xấp, cho đậu hũ vào. Đợi cho nước sôi thì nêm vào 1/2 muỗng canh nước tương và 1 muỗng cà phê đường cho vừa ăn.
Cho bột năng hòa với nước lạnh vào nấu chung để hỗn hợp sệt lại thì cho thêm tiêu, ớt sừng, và hành lá vào thì tắt bếp.
Trình bày ra dĩa, rắc lên trên một ít tiêu, hành và ớt cho thơm và đẹp mắt.
